Vásároltam egy nagyon drága pénztárcát ,amit otthon próbáltam ki. miután belepakoltam a kártyát és a készpénz sajnos nem záródott és észrevettem hogy egy betű is hiányzik róla. Visszavittem a pénztárcát azt mondták hogy nem módba se visszamenni se levásárolni ezt nem is értem ilyet még sehol nem tapasztaltam. Elküldtek bevizsgálásra több mint két hét után én jelentkeztem érte mert nem értesítettek. Amikor bementem a boltba azt mondták hogy pont most akartak értesíteni. Visszaküldték úgy a pénztárcát hogy záródik és szerintük semmi baja nincsen nem tudnak segíteni se pénzt visszaadni se levásárolni. Elképesztő senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a céget. Főleg úgy hogy már mástól is hallottam hogy cipővel járt ugyanígy az eladó csak addig volt segítőkész amíg a legdrágább pénztárcát megvettem.

Vásárlásnál még kedvesek, de visszavinni már közel se egyszerű a hibás cipőt. Más kereskedőláncok szó nélkül visszaveszik a cipőt ha pár héten belül tönkremegy, én a jövőben inkább olyan helyen vásárolok.

Olvasva a kommenteket a Soroksári cipőboltban sem jobb a helyzet, se köszönêse figyelem. Egy geox cipőt szerettem volna venni,de inkább meggondolták magam.

It is a very good place. I was stranded because my phone was off and I needed to charge it. I walked up to them and they helped me in doing that. They also assisted me to order a taxi. They are very very good in hospitality and they have very nice and affordable shoes. Despite the fact that I am African, they still helped me which shows We are all one. Thank you so much Sebastiano shoes. I will always recommend them to everybody
