Went there late at night for an emergency. Receptionists and nurses did not speak English. Thankfully, we met an intern called Mano who helped us with the translation and navigate through the hospital. The wait time was plenty even though the entire block appeared empty. The doctor after a few scans recommended we stay the night and sent us to the overnight ward on the 3rd floor, where we met the rudest nurse. She was rude and did not speak English, and did not even try to listen to the patients needs. While drawing blood, she made a huge mess of it and spilled blood onto the floor. She did not apologise for this and was very unhygienic in cleaning the mess. She did not allow a visitor to be with the patient at this time either, which should be allowed given the emergency of the situation and how late it was. Finally, when we said we wanted to leave, they requested us to wait for the results of the blood test, which took almost 4 hours. The test was inconclusive and we then had to wait another 3 hours for the morning doctors to give us their opinion, and once again they said they couldn't tell what the issue was and requested us to stay back. At this point we just signed a form say
