Couldn’t ask for better than all the care we received during labor and newborn wards here. Truly grateful and impressed with the amount of input everyone gave on us. Wish I could know and remember all the doctors and medical professionals supporting us. I’m so glad our asst prof Dr sent us here. Great work, we will donate our 1% tax and whatnot to the clinic from now until the end of time! (I speak certain level of Hungarian // A2-B1 // and usually went in English unless the person has zero English knowledge, but otherwise you have technology.. as well as all the doctors speak English and more than half the staff do too)

I had a planned major open abdominal surgery and I am very satisfied with the professional and personal treatment at Semmerlweis Premium and can only recommend it!

If i could leave 0 point, i definitely will give them 0 or minus. The worst medical care exeperiece in Hungay. I was going to make appoinment with gyenecologist, first i called, they ask me should come in person to book appointment, then i went, click the english service from ticket machine, when my Nr was called, i went to the window, a girl with short hair spoke with me in Hungarian in a very impatient and rude way, ask me to bring someone who speak hungarian or she can not process my apponitment. Fortunately there was a hungarian couple were so kind helped me. But later on, the receptionlist spoke with me where i should go in Hungarian, i asked her to write room number on the paper so that i could find it, she ignored me. Then i tried to find the place, there was nurse with short works in room 4 on -1 floor passed by i asked her could you please tell me where is room 4, she said no , i do not know . When i finally found room 4, it turned out she actualky work there!! What a friendly and helpful place with all those rude and arrogant staff!!!!

I gave birth here twice. Both experiences were good, but a lot has changed to for the better with postnatal care too. We received a lot of support and all nurses and doctors were very kind.

At emergency they are really friendly and helpful. You may need to wait a bit but they really do their best and give long and satisfying explanations. Beside that as I saw there was no difference with their behavior between Hungarian and non Hungarian patients. They are helpful and kind to everybody. Many thanks.
