I’ve had a great experience in the store we’ve purchased 3 pairs of shoes as well. Amazing customer service, well trained and knowledgeable staff members, very welcoming and helpful 10/10 for the staff and the shoes as well. Great quality for tiny feet. Highly recommend!!

We entered the store and wanted to buy some shoes for our son.We thought there are some helpful and knowledgeable worker to support us. Unfortunately the workers did the minimum not measuring the foot of our son or didn’t help at all.We even asked some questions and they bearly answered our questions. They didn’t suggest any shoes or let us feel like customers.So why to spent good money in such a store? It was overpriced as well.

OK, it took me a while to process today's experience in this store, but it was terrible. There are THREE - I repeat - THREE employees here doing nothing. Oh, waait, they were unpacking one box of socks and seemed therefore terribly inconvenienced when we got in. Not one person smiled when we came in. Kind of unusual for a kids shoe store, but hey- we needed shoes and the selection seemed good. My toddler was admittedly wired and impatient, but isn't this to be expected with a kid? Now get this: they actually don't have a scale to measure a child's shoe size. They have a Salomon carpet that has shoe size prints on it, but the employee took her time to tell us this was all inaccurate. Why have it in the store then??? Shoes are very expensive (and not that great), yet every attempt to get a different shoe or size seemed to cause incredible distress to the employees, eye rolls and such...finally, my husband got fed up with their attitude and we walked out. A block away we found what seemed like a state owned shoe store, with equally disinterested employees, but with an actual measuring device. I dont understand why that bad atitude? We came to buy shoes with little kids and the only help we got is to bring us the shoes. They didnt tried to help and recommend us. It looked like we were disturbing them. They even close the lights in the store for a while and I asked if they are closing but the seler only tried to save electricity or something like that. Moreover my little girl fell on a small plastic shoe holder and brake it. They fixed it in 3 minutes and told me I must pay for it. I payed 3000 HUF with no problem but is it real? Its realy a great store with lots of shoes and this why I gave it two stars but my expirience was bad. I didnt found nothing at the end for 3 kids.
