I really love this brand but they barely had any sizes. Only very large sizes remaining. Unfortunate.

The shoes are of good quality. BUT :) Here is my story: I've bought the winter shoes (in September 2022, few weeks ago). The lady in the shop was helpful. I am a foreigner, a tourist in Hungary. At the hotel room I decided that the size is too small for me and I'd better give it back, 'cause it's not a cheap purchase. The next morning after the purchase I came back to the shop and was SHOCKED to hear that they don't take it back! I thought it's kind of a joke. The shop lady (the same that yesterday sold it to me) looked aggressive this time and even looked closely to the sole of the winter shoes to be sure that I haven't worn it outside in hot Hungarian September ))). The lady called the manager on the phone and the manager explained that they just don't have enough cash to pay me ' cause it was morning. I paid with a bank card and I said that they can return my money on the card. - NO. Ok, I came back at 2 pm and the answer was the same: sorry, no cash, come at 5pm. You can imagine that it ruined my whole day. I came back again at 5pm only to hear from a manager that THEY DON'T ACCEPT SHOES BACK AT ALL. I asked: it's a joke? It is my right as a customer to return the brand new sho

Okay selection of Josef Seibel footwear at a central location in Budapest. Very much accessible by public transportation which should be the preferred choice as parking is a pain in the neck in the surrounding area. The shop itself is rather small, tight, airless, dump and crazy hot in warmer weather. Try to AVOID going there in person, they have a web shop and you can get your stuff home delivered. Even more so because the sraff, 2 young ladies, are NOT helpful at all, their own never-ending and annoying chitchat is far more important than any customers. I visited in June 2019, just for reference. P.s. this does not change the fact that I love the brand.

Friendly and attentive service. Nice selection, especially large and wide shoes. I bought two pairs in one visit. Josef Seibel is almost the only shoe that fits my foot.
