Amazing experience! The best American style burger I've ever eaten. The manager that served us was super friendly and professional. Next time in Budapest, we're visiting for sure again this burger house!

I feel so disappointed with this branch. There were burnt parts on my burger! The burger assembly itself was so messy (specially putting the veggies) Also lacking flavors this time!? Oh and the cheese on fries? Didn’t even melt?? Milkshake was tasteless :( I tried Simon’s burger before and it was excellent. So sad to see the quality degraded :( Cashier guy even ask for a tip? Maybe not buying again on this branch for the meantime

We’ve eaten here several times without issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We paid over 10,000 HUF for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 cheese fries and 1 large fries. After waiting almost an hour, we only received 2 small cold fries and smashed inside a bag the burgers and the rest of the order were missing. Unfortunately, we only noticed the issue once the food arrived already to our home. For the price paid and the waiting time, this level of service is unacceptable. I’m rating the food 4 because I genuinely like it, but the service and overall experience this time were extremely poor.

I had a small cheese burger and a shake, and my partner had a regular cheese burger and a large fry. We really enjoyed this meal! Definitely a better option than Burger King next door 😉 one feedback is that it’s a bit difficult to carry sauces without a tray, so it might be nice to have some trays around for people who prefer it in the food court.

Second time to be disappointed by this branch. We ordered online and food arrived with the meat COMPLETELY burned and with toppings that we specifically asked to be removed.
