Nem kedvesek és nem segitőkészek! Egyik ott dolgozó minősíthetetlen, lekezelő stílusban beszel! És inkább adnak rosszat, hogy lehúzzák az ember, csak hogy nekik profitjuk legyen.

Panasz a félrevezető tájékoztatás és a nem megfelelő ügyintézés miatt Egy kenőcsöt szerettem volna rendelni, ezért pénteken telefonáltam a gyógyszertárba. A férfi, akivel beszéltem, azt mondta, hogy másnap, szombaton mehetek érte. Nem néztem meg a nyitvatartást, így elhittem neki. Később derült ki, hogy a gyógyszertár szombaton zárva van, és a férfi azt hitte, hogy csütörtök van, ezért mondta, hogy „holnap” mehetek érte. A következő héten, kedden újra hívtam a gyógyszertárat, mert senki nem keresett, pedig vártam, hogy visszahívjanak. Azt a magyarázatot kaptam, hogy a férfi beteg volt, „nem tudott gondolkodni rendesen”, mégis bement dolgozni, mert nem akarta magára hagyni a másik munkatársat. Holott én lettem hülyének nézve, és még vissza sem hívtak. Ez az egész hozzáállás számomra elfogadhatatlan. Nem tartom rendben, hogy egy beteg ember dolgozik, félreinformálja a vásárlókat, és utána még meg is próbálják kimagyarázni a történteket azzal, hogy „ők is emberek
