Very poor service. At no time did they approach me for anything. Not only did they not accept the coupons (discount) that they themselves sold me the day before, but they charged me more than the published price. When converting to Euros they robbed me. I do not recommend this store. At least not to the employees here.

The customer service is the worst. Noone helped me and when I asked for help from Viki she denied me and didn't respond even if she wasn't helping any customer. I was about to buy a pair of shoes but I was not even able to ask about it. She is very rude, unrespectful, and she doesn't fit in this place.

the ladies there are really not helpful. You need to corner them to get answers and they are not willing to check what's on stock in any ways. You're on your own if the only guy is busy. (He is helpful, though. That's why he's not available when there are more than 3 customers)

I was in this store yesterday and was standing at the counter trying to buy a shirt and the guy working there just ignored me. He was just standing in the middle of the store playing with his phone.
