I was looking for running shoes in the Energy category. The staff here provided excellent service. Even though I asked to try on multiple sizes, they weren't annoyed or judgmental at all. They kept smiling and were super friendly!

Good choice of clothes but not helpful with tax free returns. I had already purchsed goods and went back to ask if we could start tax refund process. The guy at the till ( 23rd June at approx. 15.00) said it was too late and should have done at the beginning. There are ways around this in which he could have helped ( like in a couple of other shops where it was processed AFTER purchase). Like another review, I think the guy was being lazy and couldn't be bothered. This attitude is not good fir tourism and not helpful for tourists! Perhaps cashiers should ask customers if they are applying for a tax refund at the time of purchase, as a standard question! Change the laziness.

Great that they have ACG stuff, but when I asked for a size of a pant they told me they have it but are unable to retrieve it from the back. I would say they are lazy but honestly this is just incompetence. I wonder why not have the smaller size in the store and the giant one in the back?

If you are looking for professional support and a hassle-free experience, the Nike Shop in Westend is the place to go. I recently had to visit the store regarding an issue with my Nike Metcon 6. As someone who relies on these for stability during training, I was concerned about the replacement process, but the team handled it perfectly. The Experience The exchange process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It’s rare to find a store that stands behind its products so firmly without making the customer jump through hoops. Expert Shoutout: Balazs I have to give a special mention to Balazs. It is clear from the moment you start talking to him that he knows the technical specs of the footwear inside and out. Balazs is a real expert; if you need anything, he supplements you on a very high level. He didn't just process the change—he made sure I understood the features of the gear and provided insights that only someone with deep product knowledge could offer.
