I ordered the Cloud Frappuccino Mocha Caramel, but the first one was really bad. It tasted only like watery ice instead of coffee, milk, or caramel, and it was so thick and hard that I could barely pull it through the straw. It seemed like the proportions were completely wrong, with way too much ice used, causing the milk and flavors to not blend properly. It was made by a new employee I think. Since it was my first time trying this drink, I wasn't sure how it was supposed to be, but I knew it tasted wrong and watery.When I brought it back, the male employee didn't believe me and thought I hadn't come right away, claiming it looked that way because it had been sitting for 20 minutes. But after 20 minutes, a frappuccino should be more melted and mixed, not full of hard ice blocks! I didn’t like the way he made it look it was my fault! It was hard to explain due to the language barrier, and I had also taken a moment to look up a video of what the drink was supposed to look like before I reached out to them. Luckily, the nice girl with glasses eventually listened and made a brand new one for me. The new drink tasted amazing and just like it was supposed to. Thank you so much to the

I tried a caramel frappuccino at Starbucks, and it was really refreshing and delicious. The caramel flavor was rich without being too sweet, and the texture was perfectly smooth and icy. The place itself was clean and nicely set up, and the staff were friendly and fast. Overall, a great drink and a pleasant experience.
