I urgently tried to reach them by phone several times, they answered but no one speak and then hung up! After that, only customer service was connected! Ridiculous and unacceptable.

I highly recommend specialist Tamara. She was extremely professional and thorough in selecting the right lenses, and she helped me with great care and attention throughout the entire process. I’ve never experienced this level of care in any other optical store!!)

I went with one of my glasses' screws missing, in a foreign country and a language that I don't speak. They helped me with no hesitation, being very polite and helpful. They did not make me pay for it, despite the urgency I had. I really appreciate their help and service. If you are a tourist, I recommend coming here if you have an emergency like mine.

I’d like to share my impression of this place… Unfortunately, I don’t speak Hungarian. The store consultants were able to assist me in English, helping me choose frames (there’s a huge selection) and lenses. I was also impressed by the ophthalmologist who conducted the eye exam. I’ve never had such a thorough eye test before—they checked probably everything that could be checked. And it turned out to be free since I ordered my glasses at this store. As for the production time, I was shocked: they told me it would take up to two weeks, but the glasses were ready in just five days! So, I highly recommend this store. And thank you for such great service!
