Absolute lifesavers! I was in Budapest for a bachelor party weekend when my glasses got badly bent out of shape. I walked into this optician, and they were incredibly helpful and managed to fix them perfectly. Thanks to their quick help, I was able to actually see and enjoy the rest of the weekend! A huge, special thanks to Mati, who was super kind and professional. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much again!

It would be really nice if the ship attendant could notify those waiting just how long we should be expected to wait. Two of us were waiting, and the shop attendant totally ignored us

stopped by to fix a lost screw on my glasses, and they did it for free! The staff was friendly, explained the process clearly, and had everything done in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend this branch!"

The whole staff is really kind, helpful and professional. I don’t usually give reviews but i really wanted to give one after receiving such a nice service from the shop assistant and optometrist. I have been there more than 3 times in a row and still all of them listened very carefully and answered all of questions. They don’t force anything on you and give you the freedom to decide. Also they speak English really well and assisted me as best as they could and as a foreigner customer it is very useful. I really like how the shop assistant gave some very useful suggestions when it came to ordering glasses. Overall experience 10/10
