I booked an appointment specifically with Natty based on a recommendation, however upon arrival I was treated by a different massage therapist without being asked whether this change was acceptable for me. As it was my first visit, I also missed the usual intake questions regarding health conditions, sensitivities or contraindications. During the session the massage was interrupted due to someone ringing the bell, which in itself would not have been an issue, but the treatment was continued without hand washing, which felt uncomfortable from a hygiene perspective. The most disturbing part of the experience was that during the massage it became clear that the massage therapist was using her phone, placing it on the massage bed, and receiving messages. In such an intimate and trust-based situation this felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I am sorry to leave this feedback, as I arrived with positive expectations, but unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations or the value of the price paid.

I visited this massage studio for the first time this evening and I'm truly impressed. Even making the appointment was straightforward and pleasant. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist listened attentively, focused on my needs, and concentrated precisely on the areas that were causing me pain. It was immediately clear that she possesses a wealth of expertise and experience. I felt comfortable and very well cared for throughout the entire treatment. After the massage, my tension was noticeably relieved, and I could finally move freely again.

I would not recommend to try this place, here are the reasons: Noone said hello when I stepped in. I had to pay before the massage, which is not a good sign. Too much light and noise in the massage "cabin" The girl was using only her elbows during massage. It was only 50 minutes, not one hour. And I could also mention other bad things, but I think its enough.
