Amazing experience! We did the money heist room and had a lot of fun! very challenging and requires good communication which i enjoyed a lot. will definitely be back :)

We were in the Upside Down room, it was really amazing, not too easy, not too hard, a great family program! The atmosphere was very cool, felt as if we were in the movies. The staff was also very kind and helpful💖

Terrible experience. Completely unacceptable. If you are an English speaker, do not come here. None of the employees speak proper English, which means you don’t understand the introduction, the rules, or any guidance during the game. When we were about to start, the room was unorganized, with clues already open. Instead of fixing this beforehand, they told us to wait outside while our time was already running so they could “organize” the room. We received no proper introduction at all. The only explanation we got was basically: “If you’ve played an escape room before, you’ll be fine.” That’s not acceptable. To make things worse, my partner and I were put in different rooms and were given different instructions, and I could literally hear her through the wall being told something else. I had to explain the introduction to her myself because they never did. Because of their poor English and complete lack of guidance, we couldn’t progress and had to leave after 50 minutes. When we asked for at least a partial refund, they refused, claiming we “agreed to the policy” — a policy that was never explained to us. We were simply sent into two different rooms with no briefing. The Heist is easily one of the best escape rooms I've ever played. From the very beginning, the atmosphere pulls you right into the high-stakes world of art theft, and the narrative unfolds in a way that makes every puzzle feel like a natural part of the story. The room design and facilities are top-notch, and the host was fantastic—professional, engaging, and helpful without spoiling the experience. The puzzles are smartly crafted and beautifully integrated into the storyline, making each step feel meaningful and immersive. It’s clear a lot of thought went into both the logic and the storytelling. That said, this room is best tackled with a larger group. We played as a team of two, and while still a blast, it was definitely more challenging. A few puzzles also felt overly complex without adding much to the experience, but that’s a minor nitpick in an otherwise brilliant room. Highly recommended for both enthusiasts and anyone looking for a cinematic, challenging escape!
