Really liked how authentic the place was. I think they don’t like card payments. When I tried to pay by card lady at the counter was very irritated. After when we were abt to leave she even mentioned it again in Hungarian. + there was a drunk old Hungarian man who was talking the whole time including some racist stuff. I would be afraid to go there again tbh. Atmosphere was 0/10

Love this place.. it's a gem of a find and been here now many a visits in Budapest. The place is basic and simple but traditional winery with just basic food but is a pleasant locals type of bar. Prices are way below the local tourist type of establishments. Please keep up the hospitality and service as it's a hard occurrence in Budapest as tradition and hospitality is a rear find these days.

Amazing place to get good selection of Hungarian wine for a great quality and price. Also the staff are very lovely. Visited here almost every day during my stay.

What a delight. A simple wine bar with amazingly low prices, nice wines, and an atmosphere that you simply have to experience to believe! Two small glasses of wine (a rose from Eger and a dry Furmint) cost a total of $2. We were surrounded by locals in quiet conversation. This is why we travel, and what we hope to find when we do!.
