The seller was so friendly but the cashier was rude, i bought a boots that cost me more than 25k and when i asked for a bag he just said NO, but when i looked at him in the eyes he told me that it’s out of stock me and my friend found it so rude that we look at to each other speachless

I ordered online (paid aprox. 1000 huf the delivery fee which is fine), I wanted to exchange it because of the size, they force me to pay for the delivery back, so it will be 2k huf for nothing, that's ridiculous no?

Bought a Liverpool football. They charged me 2500 more than the real price. When I called them and explained they claimed price is right. My wife was in the shop one day earlier and asked the price. After that the seller admitted they overcharged me and that they can give me back if I come in with the receipt. I explained I never received the receipt from the seller. But I have the purchase statement in the app and sms. And that a copy could be takedown out from their cash register. He claimed it’s impossible to solve this 2500 HUF issue without the receipt that I never got. Even touch it was 4 hours earlier that day I bought it. Will never enter that shop again 😃🙌🏻

I’m from the United States and was on my way to the shopping mall looking for local soccer jerseys teams and came across Football Factory. They had a great selection of jersey’s at very reasonable prices. I purchased several jerseys. I would have like to give them five stars but they didn’t have anyone available or working to put names and numbers on the jersey’s I purchased. They only have ONE person that iron on the stencils and I was advised she doesn’t work weekends. I suggested to the store clerk that they should cross-train more of their employees, so they wouldn’t lose out on more sales opportunities.
