As others have written, they really do sell things for more than double the price. Even things you can buy at the supermarket nearby. I think many people buy wine, honey, and other items as gifts. The prices are high, so you'll end up losing a lot of money. There's nothing you can't buy anywhere else. Look elsewhere before you buy. This store ruined my travel memories. I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

Very expensive. A 15 euro bottle is 25 euros BUT I guess tourists are only buying one or two bottles and not a dozen, so it needs to up the price to survive. But sells nice wine with great service.

Beautiful store with very friendly staff… however, beware that you will pay an exorbitant fee for these services! Upon purchasing our wine and beer and arriving back to our Airbnb, we realized we paid in excess of $15 for our purchase. We didn’t think to add everything up at the store, as we weren’t expecting to get ripped off. Enjoy shopping at this store if you don’t mind paying a HUGE service fee.

This might be a good place for sampling Hungarian wines, with accompanying food. However, I went there to buy a bottle and was ripped off. The service is professional and they have an impressive range of local wines, but this does not justify the exorbitant prices they charge in any way. When I realised my mistake, they refused to cancel the purchase. I subsequently found another wine shop with a better choice of wines, more professional service and regular prices. Hungary has fantastic wines and this place does them a gross disservice.

I just had a wonderful dinner of wine, salami, and cheese here at Vinugo in Budapest. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food and wine were delicious. The store itself had a great selection and provided options to dine inside or outdoors. I highly recommend this! 🙏🏼😇💕
