Extremely rude, especially the young lady, which supposedly is paid and works there to give information and help me with what I need, but when asked if I could know what kind of lenses she was giving me and how much they were, rolled her eyes. Do not recommend.

The service was extremely terrible One of my nose pads was bent, and the staff tried to fix it by carelessly bending it with their hands, almost breaking it. They didn’t have any professional tools in the store. Their attitude was awful. Do yourself a favor and never come here.

I bought my glasses last year, process was smooth, but the wait time for the optic test was very long, I spent almost 1h30 waiting I got the 2 year warranty, which I needed to use after 1 year because I broke the frame, it reduced the price of the frame by 75%, which I would say is still a bit expensive for a warranty that you pay for. The staff was very nice though and I never had a problem with a rude staff like people mention here. I needed to have my warranty card with me to have the frame replaced (the invoice was not enough) and then they just switched the frame on the spot in 15 minutes They definitely don't deserve 1 star but also not a 5

Thats has to be the worst costumer service ever!!!! Only do your glasses there if you want a headache (literally). I ordered my glasses THREE weeks ago. I received it, I had a complaint and I sent it to them so they could analyse it. I am going back to Brazil tomorrow and guess what???? I still dont have my glasses and they weren't cheap! I think this is such a great absurd and disrespect! Shame on you vison express
