My experience at Vision Express Corvin Budapest was disappointing. My glasses were delivered nine days late due to a sizing error on their part. Despite this, I received no apology for the delay. To my surprise, when I picked up my premium 1.67 aspheric lenses, I was told that neither a case nor a microfiber cleaning cloth was included. This is the first time in my life I've purchased prescription glasses without these basic accessories. The salesperson seemed annoyed (due to technical issues with the payment terminal) and refused to speak English, which made communication very difficult. For such a high price and service, I expected a much better welcome and basic amenities.

I was served by a particularly helpful member of staff whose English was excellent. The ophthalmologist was very thorough and patient. Having tried several opticians, this was easily the best experience. Not sure the photos on google maps are correct as it is inside Corvin shopping centre next to Decathlon.

My eyesight can be very difficult to measure, depending on the part of the day, but I am very satisfied with the personnel and the services here. Everyone was kind and patient with me. And I got lucky, because after the eye examination, talking through the options, offer made, accepted and bill got paid, I got my new pair of glasses pretty soon (in just 15min or so!!!). Awesome service. Thanks everyone.

I use to buy my glasses here, I changed and I had a problem in the other optic, they were unable to fix it and very rude so I came back to Vision Express and they helped me, thank you very much for having talented and customer oriented people. The girl in the reception helped me to adjust my glasses, I will continue shopping with you for sure!

Visited this shop today to find myself new prescription eyeglasses. I was lucky that there was a nice and very polite lady (employee) who speaks good English and with her help I could complete a purchase in a matter of 10 minutes. I got exactly what I wanted for exactly the price I planned to pay for. I am sending this review before I receive the ordered eyeglasses, which is going to be tomorrow. I hope everything goes nice and smooth so I don't need to change the text in the review. :) Update: A Day later, I picked up my eyeglasses. No complaint at all, just praise. I recommend this shop for good service.
