Csak szuperlatívuszokban lehet erről a gyógyszertárról beszélni. Elképesztő kedvesség, segítőkész hozzáállás, gyorsaság, szakmai hitelesség! Szerintem példaként lehetne állítani ezen a területen! Köszönök mindent, amit itt kaptam!

A mai (2025.09.13.) tapasztalatom az, hogy nagyon segítőkész, türelemes, kedves, mosolygós hölgyek szolgálnak ki! Patikába menni soha sem jó, de ha már egyszer menni kell, akkor én csak ide megyek a jövőben is!

2024 augusztus 19-én voltam itt és a kiszolgálás kritikán aluli volt. A hölgy arrogáns és kioktató volt. Elhiszem, hogy semmi kedve nem volt ma dolgozni de így nem lehet bánni a vevőkkel. Soha többet nem megyünk ide, mert (sajnos csak utólag vettem észre, hogy ) át is lettem verve: 3 terméket vásároltam, bemutattuk a Kulcs patika kártyát és mivel az egyik terméket nem lehet EP kártyával fizetni, így 2 részletben fizettünk és a nem EP- s termék 10% kedvezménnyel volt az újságban Kulcs patika kártyával 20%. A "kedves" hölgy nem a nekünk járó 20%-al számolt...Köszönjük szépen.

Mindig kedvesek, mosolyognak, figyelnek az emberre, és a kérdésekre a legnagyobb hozzáértéssel válaszolnak. Ha nincs valami, berendelik a legrövidebb idő alatt. Van kedvezménykártya is, amivel kedvezőbb a termekek ára, ami nem vény köteles. Szeretek ide járni, mert közel van, és mindig jó a hangulat. 🙏 Köszönöm!
