Already been here twice and both times they take blood so professionally that I even not feel any needle, make test quickly on the second day you receive it on the email on both languages Thanks 🙏

After the samples were given, I requested a detailed receipt which would be required by medical insurance for reimbursement. White Lab was unable to provide it. I called the customer service line, but there was no answer. Note the phone line is all in Hungarian. White lab promised results within two to four days. After one week I did not receive any results, so I visited the physical testing point again. They provided me the results on paper. I told then I needed a digital copy, but the customer service at this site is not able to provide. I hope that improvements will be made.

I booked my appointment for a rapid test online and they called me in ahead of time. Really quick procedure and the nurse was very gentle and careful when taking a sample. I definitely recommend it, especially for tourists!

We made the appointment the day before on the website. The girl in charge of making the samplings was careful and gentle. The results were sent to the email within 15 minutes. Antigen rapid test price paid at that moment: 8.500 Ft

Great experience as a tourist. Needed a PCR test. Not only I had the results sent through an email in 2 hours but I also paid just 30.000 Huf while other laboratories where asking for 48.000Huf. Didn’t need to wait a single extra minute to my appointment and the laboratory’s staff was extremely helpful. Appointment was booked online which helps a lot as in Budapest it’s very difficult to book an appointment through phone, due to the fact English is not spoken by a big part of the population. Highly suggested especially if you’re a tourist.
