I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit for a mammography and ultrasound examination at your clinic. First, I would like to note that the mammography technician was kind and professional, and I appreciated her approach. However, I was very disappointed with the experience during the ultrasound examination. When scheduling the appointment, I was informed that the doctor would speak with me, explain the findings, and discuss the next steps. I arrived with my sister for support and requested that she accompany me into the ultrasound room, as this was an emotionally difficult situation. We were told the room was too small, although it did not appear to be so. During the examination, when a suspicious finding was identified, the doctor did not clearly explain what she was seeing. She appeared impatient, spoke very quietly, and did not provide any explanation or reassurance. We were simply told that we would receive the report. When informing a patient of a potentially serious finding, the manner of communication is extremely important. I had just a blood test here. For the first time ever I got the bruise after blood collection. The position they take blood from was strange and no gloves used. I felt pain right in the moment and the lady said sorry. After that my arm was really painful for a 3 days and for a week they didn’t send me the results. I had to call them and my insurance company to get the results and on the test report I could see the date + time it was ready - the same day in the evening.
