We bought last month a mattress and a sofa. In general, the customer experience was fine, but I could see some lack of communication among the teams in some moments, which resulted in a lower customer service level. Nevertheless, I would like to thank Báti László Gábor from the mattress sector, that was an example of great customer service during the entire process.

Wonderful Customer service provided Eva Consultant of Lutz Store Lehel. What impressed me most is that the store was about to close (15 min) before closing but Eva very nicely, politely and very professionally answered all my questions and even went to the reception desk to check the details which were very important for me. After checking multiple furniture stores in Budapest I made my final choice today this Sunday evening to stop on Lutz XXX Lehel store, primarily thanks to Eva. Thank you very much Eva, keep it up! I think Eva can be promoted to a much higher position due to her professional skills and Customer oriented approach which includes attentiveness to needs of Customers and just natural willingness to help which is so rare nowadays.

I'm not that happy with the Hungarian XXXLUTZ! They just don't have the home furnishings selection from the German or the Austrian webshop. It's nice to be there, but with the German stuff would be much nicer. I guess they try to sell the western left over in Hungary, that's how I feel. Price range is definitely high, I don't think they do much of a business here. While I'm in the store, I am always also expecting to see from the commercials known Putz family roaming around, but they are just never there.

You can buy a lot of things here. There is a lot to choose from. The store is very large.

This metal left big rust stains on our sinks. We trashed them and only use the soap dispenser itself without the decorative metal base. Won’t buy again or encourage anyone to buy.
