Mukesh is an incredible teacher. Not only will you progress on your personal practice and learn a lot about what yoga is really about, the TTC is going to give you important keys to become a teacher yourself. I can only recommend.

The 200 H TTC with BinduSar Yoga was a beautiful and beneficial experience in my personal growth. Mukesh is the kind of teacher who makes you look forward with excitement to his class. I enjoyed every module of TTC, I learned so much about the Yoga science, but also about life, about people and especially about myself. This course helped me to know myself better, to overcome my limits and my fears. Even though the course is over, for me this journey has just begun and Bindusar Yoga remains forever in my soul. If you want to make your TTC 200 -experience more deep, if you want to make the first steps into changing your lifestyle in a more healthier and yogi lifestyle, which allows you to reconsider everything you knew until then, than the Ayurveda 60 hours is the best solution. This is the best way to look into the self, the best way to be more body concious and to start to know how the physical/internal yoga life is, than this course is the best. A clear, logical and very well organised course, which extends all the knowledge about Yoga in strong and close relationship with the traditional ayurvedic science. Yoga ttc course, online classes and ayurveda course, these are the wonderful things that I've been practicing and learning with and from Mukesh from Bindusar yoga. It's seems like it is a place or courses only for yoga teachers, but taking the course and the classes with Mukesh, especially when it comes to ayurveda, you get amazing knowledge for life. Ayurveda course for me was a life changing experience that I highly recommend to who ever looking for natural ways of treating and understanding our body, mind soul and spirt. I highly recommend any course, any class offers by this school. Make the time for it, it's worth it.
