Appointment at 8am, checking in a few minutes before. 3 windows, 2 already with patients. I go to the 3rd hostess and show my appointment details. No greeting, no reaction, ignores me and fiddles with her computer. After a few minutes I ask for an update, hostess finally speaks : "my working hours haven't started yet". I wait for the second hostess, who prints my details wrong

I thought my appointment was the day after it was scheduled. Stupid me! All the staff were very helpful and kind. I was rescheduled on the day I arrived. Thank you all for your excellent service

I went to this private practice expecting professional and compassionate care, especially considering it’s a paid service — but I left incredibly disappointed. While the reception was decent, the doctor was shockingly rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. I came in looking for support in a vulnerable situation and was met with nothing but coldness and dismissiveness. This is supposed to be a place people turn to for help, but I received none. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking genuine care or empathy.

Terrible punctuality. I had to wait more than a week for MRI results although they said that it'll be ready on the next day. Unfortunately I had to pay twice for the appointment with the orthopedic surgeon because of that, which me 35,000 twice and for no reason. They just look like a nice place but in the most basic part, they failed. MRI results should ready within 24 hours maximum, If not the same day.

Been going there for few years, and the services were always alternating sometimes good, sometimes not much, but i feel like it gets worse, people change a lot there, every time i go it's like the first time, they can't find my record or my appointment, takes time for figure it out, not many assistants and doctors speak English and they are not polite at all most of times, if there is a little issue they look at you with impatience and frustration, also always receive different information regarding prescriptions or payments. It's very disappointing after every appointment.
