I was at the laboratory today, and I can honestly say it is the best laboratory in Budapest! The staff are incredibly helpful, professional, and caring. They helped me understand the list of tests, advised me on what would be the best option for my situation, and most importantly, the results were ready much earlier than expected. Thank you so much!

I didn’t do any reservation but they did my test without any extra waiting time, The staffs are so kind and patient and it causes me no stress and no pain at all, environment was clean and well designed. Highly recommended

I took my son there to have his blood taken. We only had to wait a few minutes to be called in. My son was scared, but the lady taking the blood handled the situation well, it only took a minute to have it done, it was not painful. We left with my son smiling, no tears at all. I will choose SYNLAB next time as well.

The staff here at the reception are super kind and considerate. I appreciate their nice attitude and help. As a foreigner, I feel kinda nervous when I go to hospital. In some hospitals the staff can't speak English and the attitude is not that good. But here, even one staff can't speak English fluently, she is super kind and guide me, without any annoyance or anger. She tries her best to inform me about the payment and details. The whole process is smooth. I highly recommend to choose this place. ps. I came here around 10am. The queue is not long. I got my result in the afternoon.
