What’s the point of writing a customer service telephone number when no one will Pick it up? I got a wrong address to the office on my email and I’ve been trying to call for 3 days straight and no answer. Terrible customer service for a private insurance!!

Strongly suggesting to avoid ALFA insurance company. Go to Groupama instead, way better customer service and fair evaluation when in the need. My story is that the body corporate has a home insurance with ALFA. I had a leak from the roof on 17 May 2024, two handful large spots. They think 45 000 HUF (115 EUR) would cover the costs. Do it DIY he said when asking how come. Their reasoning and last, but not least, the guy`s manner how he talks to you as their valued customer when questioning the amount...unbelievable and unacceptable. They have done everything right, but you, dear customer, you are just another annoying idiot. Lot of fancy sounding, twisted precious thoughts left his mouth in a way you would rather hang up (I get it why you talk to people like this, but how dare). All in all, you don`t often come across such poor performance and don`t often hear multinational companies talk to customers like this. 0 stars to you mate and to your manager too. Stay away from this insurance company. Auto renewal of contract and debit charging without your consent. The moment you dispute, they bring the legal team with dodgy statements and declarations you never saw in your life. They only want to skim you. Not to mention that the money you get for insurance claims are calculated way below real market cost. Do yourself a favor and look for another insurance company if you value your time, energy, peace of mind and money.

It’s an embarrassment to be in an organization like this where no one speaks English. Spent an hour to open a pension account; where most of the time was translating my personal info. Kacs Adel was really helpful and fid her best.

That's the central building of one of the biggest insurance companies in Hungary. It's situated on one of the most central squares in Budapest in a pretty nice surroundings. The building looks great both by daylight as well as by nightlight...
