My french bulldog had two surgeries (not basic ones) here and the people working at this place are absolute professionals. I can only recommend this place. Big Thank You to all the staff.

Unprofessional and unfriendly I never experienced such bad experience before . I need an urgent CT examination for my dog, who suffers from severe pain. Up on agreed appointment I asked before for additional blood test, while the dog will be narcoses. The blood tests were recommended by my home doctor who has more than 40 years of practical experience. Instead of agreeing to this my appointment was canceled in such a bad tone. Unbelievable. This person Péter Molnár Thinks he is a god because he is wearing a white coat. Instead of listen to his clients who get good advices from more experienced veterinarians. And to make it even worse, this person is using his personal gmail account for sending privacy sensitive information. Which is not only a very bad behavior, but also illegal in Hungary and EU And payment was also requested from a personal gmail account to be done only in cash. Interesting

The reception is inattentive and rude, the medical examination is negligent as they accept more clients than they can handle, for economical reasons I suppose. the staff is not trained to take blood samples, I had to help them more than once. They did not detect a bacterial infection during 3 checks. My puppy passed away because they didn't take care of him during his hospitalization. They are very attentive to economic aspects, much less to the health of patients.
