Super good place, I went with rabbit and now I go just there. We have made a CT scan there and several consultations. The stuff is friendly and professional

We were seen by Dr. Brunen, who took the time to listen to our concerns and carefully examine our rats. She was incredibly gentle with the animals and made sure the appointment never felt rushed. Dr. Brunen clearly explained the diagnosis and walked us through how to properly use the medication. We highly recommend her.

If you want to clean your pet's teeth, they will make you do blood exam with 5 min "check-up" which will cost you altogether 50.000. Only then you can go back again and get teeth cleaning done which is another 40-50.000. When we called, no one mentioned check-up, only when we had to pay (even receptionist was embarassed to say out loud the price). Overpriced place with hidden fees and unnecessary additional tests. Do not recommend.

1/10 - Some of their doctors have completely missing experience and knowledge about hamsters and their threatment. With hamsters avoid them at all costs! In addition to all this, the doctor was not friendly either. Had a much more positive experience, with threatment and attitude, without puzzlement in the same case at an other place. There is no need for an useless answer for this review. Just learn your lession.
