Ágoston remek edző, az edzéstervet minden esetben személyre szabottan állítja össze a célodnak megfelelően. Kezdőknek, bizonytalanoknak is jó szívvel ajánlom, itt jó hangulatban, biztonságban fejlődhetsz. A személyre szabott edzéstervnek, Ágoston türelmének és pozitív hozzállásának köszönhetően már az első edzéseken is élvezni fogod a mozgást, és lépésről lépésre haladhatsz a célod felé.
