Az e-mailekre nagyon későn válaszoltak, a folyamatokat lassították, telefont nem vették föl. Az utam során több probláémám is akadt, de nem voltak segítőkészek. Kértek minden orvosi számlát, a repülőjárati késésről, stb, mindent továbbítottam, majd jó későn, több emailváltás után találtak egy paragrafust, aminek egy értelmezése alapján nem kell kifizetniük az engem ért károk nagyrészét. Ha nem lett volna Magyarországon segítőkész hozzátartozóm, szinte lehetetlen lett volna még ennyit is elérni náluk.

Vészhelyzetben érdemben nem segítettek (itthon éjszaka volt), és amikor az utas (a gyerekem) segített magán a lehető legolcsóbban és legbiztonságosabb módon, azt nem fizették ki. Nagyon jól nézett ki pedig a biztosítás leírása, ezért választottuk. Nem ajánlom.

Az Axa "ügyintézése lassú, mindenféle kitalált indokkal húzzák az időt, fizetni természetesen nem szeretnek, csak a biztosításkötéskor átvenni az összeget. Senkinek nem ajánlom!
