A telefont nem veszik fel, nem hívnak vissza, akkor sem ha megígérik. A beküldött mailekre az ígért 3 munkanapon nem válaszolnak. A benyújtott visszatérítési igények közül van, amit elég érdekes, mondvacsinált indokkal elutasítanak.

It has been 3 weeks already since I am trying to get the guarantee payment letters for my health examination. I had experience with other insurance companies, never faced such problem. Do not recommend this insurance at all.
