Go anywhere but here. They are unprofessional. Gave me inaccurate information about an over the counter medication I needed. The staff at next pharmacy I went to (down the street-same chain) was pleasant, professional and provided what I needed.

The customer service is AWFUL... And the waiting time it's always too much, forming long lines of customers waiting for service. And they are not kind or patient with people for not speaking Hungarian 😕

Rude and unprofessional. Shouted and was rude when asking for cold and flu medicine name.. Said "Bye Bye Bye" multiple times and abruptly ended the call without notice... It was a male and racist towards non hungarian speakers.

They barely speak english, they accepted my foreign prescription but refused to sell me my three months supply (even though it is in my prescription), leaving me with only one package. The cashier also firstly sold me the wrong medicine, I had to come back and change it.

The best customer friendly benu I had ever visited. even though some of the old women who could not speak english well they give their best to help find the medicines. The younger staff are absolutely helpful so whenever we need medicines this is our go to place.
