Nyitás előtt fél órával sikerült érkeznem szóval még az ügyeletes volt, nagyon kedves, türelmes gyógyszerésznő (fiatalos, szőke hajú) fogadott, kérdezett, tájékoztatott. Nagyon professzionális volt. Köszönöm szépen. 🥰🥰

Tegnapelőtt bementem mivel ugyeletesek is . Egy szőke fiatal nőtől kértem Algo-Zone tablettat ami a 2600 forintos Algoflex helyett csak 500 forintba kerül!!!!! A nő azt hazudtam nincs , másnap ugyanitt egy fiatalember kiadta az Algo-Zone tablettat. Pofátlan egynéhány patikus .........😡😡😡😡😡😡

Mai nap voltam bent egy külföldi recepttel elég fontos gyógyszerek miatt, amivel eddig másik Benu gyógyszertárban nem volt semmi gondom. Hát mit ne mondjak, nagyon rossz élményben volt részem... A hölgy látszólag vagy nem értett hozzá, vagy nem is akart foglalkozni velem, mert sorra kereste a kifogásokat, miért ne kelljen kiszolgálnia.(Megjegyzem illedelmes voltam végig, és kedves) Elsőnek a kifogás az volt, hogy nem fogja tudni kiadni külföldi receptre meg hogy fent kéne lennie felhőben, majd, hogy ez nem recept, ez csak ki lett nyomtatva. Folytatta azzal, mikor mondtam hogy így postázták, hogy ezen se pecsét se aláírás (ott volt a recept alján), majd, mikor megmutattam továbbra is illedelmesen, hogy hol van, az volt a kifogás, hogy jajj készlethiányos a gyógyszer, a kereskedőnek is idő, mire beszerzi, augusztus közepe. Ezután átmentünk a Sugárban lévő Benuba, ahol korrekt kiszolgálást kaptam. Megkaptam a 4 dobozból 3-at, a 4.et pedig holnap át is vehetem. Nem ajánlom senkinek sem, aki teheti, inkább menjen a 2 perccel távolabbiba a Sugárban.

Felháborító,hogy mozgássérülten,nem tudok érdeklődni,hogy 1 gyógyszer raktáron van,? - így nem kellene oda menni hiába. 20 pecig nostop hívtam őket,folyamatosan mellé teszik a telefont. Milyen emberek ezek? A vèleményem: -- 10 csillag!

Több, mint 30 éve ide járok. Itt biztos, hogy nemcsak kedves kiszolgálásban lesz részem, hanem biztos lehetek benne, hogy magas szintű szakértelemmel látnak el. 20 évvel ezelőtt több orvos is olyan gyógyszereket írt fel, amire allergiás voltam. Az itteni gyógyszerész azonnal rájött a hatóanyagra, ami allergiát okoz és helyette más hatóanyagot talált, ami ugyanúgy használ. Ide azóta is bizalommal járok.
