Always friendly. If they don't have an English speaker, they are happy to work through Google Translation.

The hairdresser lady was nice and kind - nice. The kids corner having black permanent-ink felt pen and my 3-year-old messing his Polo shirt - permanently - not so nice. My haircut - nice Not having the patience by other hair dressers to wait until I calm my crying son down with a “suddenly-gone-missing” dummy and hence refusing to cut his hair and sending us away- not so nice. Not being able to pay by card as admittedly: “the owner is worried about his money going into the bank due to the Ukrainian situation, so cash only” - not nice at all. Would I return? Yes. Was I prepared for this much trouble? No.

Used to come here. Now the desk gal's rude n pretends you gotta wait half an hour while 5 resources working n a single appointment in the queue. Kidding? Service culture in this Socialist country really sux. Save your time n go elsewhere.
