very unhygienic!!!! went to the ophthalmologist with what looked like an eye infection and he didn't wash his hands not before touching my eye and not afterwards either! after a short inspection and touching my infected eye he just went back to typing on his keyboard without washing his hands. he also didn't know the cause of my infection and had to google the name of it because he didn't know. 40000huf for this by the way, absolutely disgusting

Total Disgust!!! Got bruise on my arm after blood test(which was never the case with me before) and also they forgot to include in the test one examination. If you want stress for big money, come here!

The otolaryngologist Szönyi Magdolna was very nice with my daughter. And I didn't expect that after her prescription my daughter's throat will be better so fast. Actually even after one time applying medicine my daughter started to speak normally. So appreciate and highly recommend 🙏 All other things were ok as well: politeness of reception girls and doctor, clinic cleanliness.

On the first visit to one doctor, the doctor answered 2 personal phone calls and spent a big portion of the time on the examination talking about his future personal plans. In the second visit to another doctor, it turned out that the first doctor was not explicit enough in the type of scan so I had to repeat it; I am not surprised based on the little attention he paid to my case. Without having a proper scan, this second doctor started selling me a random treatment in another private clinic. In addition, the clinic changed twice my appointment time and there were always last minute emergencies so I had to wait extra time.

I understand the pain of some of the people having bad experience here among the commenters and treatments can get expensive for average Hungarian salaries but I can only say good things about the praxis here. I messed up my own appointments myself by coming one day early but the receptionist attending me immediately got on the phone and made last minute EKG, test and GP appointments within minutes. All lab personnel, the GP, nurses were super nice with really good bedside manners. I recommend this facility despite the other critical reviews as my experience was really positive here. When it comes to the pricing I myself am working in west EU so it's still cheaper for me than any western private praxis but yeah, can be steep for a Hungarian wage earner.
