I would like to share my feedback regarding the examination with the doctor Takács Éva Judit that I attended yesterday. First of all, the doctor should not state in her profile that she speaks English, because her level of English is not sufficient to examine an English-speaking patient. At times, I had the feeling that she did not understand what I was saying at all and responded completely randomly and unwillingly. Her attitude shocked me to the point that I ended up crying out of sheer frustration. When I asked whether she could recommend any supplements for hormonal balance, she told me to look them up myself. I pointed out that she is a specialist with experience and asked whether she could recommend something herself, to which she replied that such things do not exist and that she does not have any. She literally just copied into the report what I already had from another doctor. For an examination costing 48,000, I would have expected a completely different approach. The appointment also started 25 minutes late, which was unprofessional. As mentioned, her “willingness” only began once I was crying, and even then she only asked questions to fill out the report and did nothing

Our doctor was kind and professional. The staff are kind and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable.

My appointment scheduled at 6.20 pm. I came even in advance as it is suggested, at the end I am waiting 20 mins and came up to reception when they told I have to wait more 20 mins.. in private clinic?? No one advised before and noone informed or told sorry for long waiting, for such price of endocrinologist of 30-35k huf - it is unacceptable :) better going to a Doktor 24 or Waberer, where doctors are over floating with appointments and keep timelines.

I have problems with my ears, I went for an appointment about a month ago to check it out, they were 25 minutes late. I had to go back for a check-up after two weeks and although they say they have a discount for return customers, upon payment the receptionist informed me that it does not count for follow-ups. So I have been there twice now, paid about 60000 and my issue still persists. They want me to come back again in 3 months, I don't think I will.
