Dr. 24 is a highly professional private medical center in the heart of Budapest. The staff is extemely courteous, no waiting around for hours, none of the usual barking at patients that you will find in healthcare provided by the state. If you are paying out of pocket, it's not cheap, but worth it, especially if you need an exam or results fast. I would highly recommend the medical center - as a Hungarian and American, I would say this medical center weaves the best of both worlds (customer/patient-friendly service in the US and a high level of medical expertise in Hungary). I have been there for routine blood tests and other lab work, and most recently, a colonoscopy with Dr. Igaz - my last visit prompted this review.

I went to this internal medicine doctor N. P. and it was by far the worst medical experience I ever had in my life. I’ve never been treated with so much rudeness and so little care. Extremely unprofessional and very mean. Her anamnesis was poorly done. On top of all the dismissive and non-patient oriented behaviour, I left the clinic with no paper in hands because she said it was all (lab test etc) uploaded on the cloud - WHICH WAS NOT! That’s unacceptable!

Patient management was great, however, the medical setvice was somewhat superficial, my problem was under diagnosed (as per subsequent medical checkups), and there was a discrepancy between what I was told would be written in the medical report and what was actually written in the end.

Dr. Deaki Bence Atilla was very kind, professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I injured my knee on September 13 and first visited this doctor on October 7. From the very first appointment, I was told that surgery was necessary. Conservative treatment options were not seriously discussed. When I explicitly asked whether there were alternatives, I was told to “wait one more week.” At the next visit, I was informed that since there was no improvement, surgery was the only option. Only after I personally mentioned that aspiration is commonly used in such cases did the doctor agree to perform a puncture and inject a corticosteroid. Even then, no compressive bandage was applied, which later proved to be a crucial part of proper conservative treatment. Despite this, during subsequent visits the doctor continued to push for surgery, without attempting a structured conservative approach. Later, after consulting another orthopedic specialist, I was advised to continue conservative management, including an additional puncture. Under proper treatment, my condition started to improve, and surgery is currently not needed. This experience left me with the clear impression that surgery was suggested far too early and repeatedly, while conserva
