I had to stop here today as it was on my way and the experience was awful!!! I received a very rude and condescending customer service. The older lady laughed with disdain at my Hungarian ID document when I showed it (I am a foreigner) and she replied she couldn't sell me only one box of my prescribed medicine because the system was showing three and the prescription would be cancelled/erased after selling it. When I told her that all other pharmacies do it and there is no problem with the prescription (it would still show the remaining two), she simply refused. Please avoid the bad time and go to the pharmacy on Frankel Leó út and/or the Margit körút, their customer service is impeccable!!

There is a young curly haired woman, who’s customer service skills is zero. Her attitude is unacceptable and she should not be working with people. The pharmacy should consider who they are hiring.
