Awful! First of all, I pay MPL delivery because I don’t have time to pick up something from the store. They did not even try to deliver and send it to this central pick-up that’s far away from me. So I go there, the employe sees me waiting and keeps throwing parcels and ignores me for minutes on end. Then finally decides I’m worthy of his service. He takes my ID and phone with the data and goes back to doing something else. Then I ask in Hungarian, are you not going to help me? He answers in an aggressive tone, tessek? Then decides to help, slams my phone down, my ID. Making comments all the way. Grumpy, disrespectful even hostile. What an experience for paying good money. I will avoid MPL as much as I can.

I didn’t know Hungarian, the postal worker didn’t know English, so we communicated in German! This was awesome, and I could send a magnet in a letter to my friend. Boldog vagyok!

This is by far the obsoletely werst Post office in all of Budapest. they will never answer the phone or have your parcel and after going to the post office that indicates that will close 2 on Saturday they will close the door in your face without remorse. By the way, the one star is not me giving them a good review that the effort that it took me to walk up to the post office.

Lost parcel but they said it's been delivered. 2 months later got a picture, they faked my signature, so basically the driver took my parcel.... No exchange, or money back. It's seriously unbelievable.... Used to live in other countries but never experienced this before....Disappointed and sad that this could happen. ...
