Really bad experience, except for the online booking/payment. The garage ramps are excessively super narrow and if one has a large SUV car, it is essentially impossible to enter the ramps leading down and up without at least scratching the wheel rims on the turn (my case). Less experienced drivers don’t stand a chance of not scratching the car body. If one has a smaller car, the garage works great, but there really should be a sign letting owners of larger cars know they’ll have difficulty maneuvering in it. Pedestrian exit and entrance to the garage are very badly marked, so when exiting we ended up in a courtyard and when entering, after asking around and walking around the block, I used the car ramp as I couldn’t find any other entrances.

The parking is right in the middle of downtown, it had a lot of spaces available when we arrived. Everything is done online : from reservation to paying and arriving. On thing is that in late night it's closed entirely so if you forget something in your car, like I did- it's closed completely and you will probably have to write to customer service to open for you. But I like this, because it is an added security. Also the price is very reasonable for that kind of location!

Super easy check-in process. Just follow the instructions provided in advance and everything goes smoothly. I would definitely leave my car here again on future visits. Highly recommended!

Very good parking. Booked online with no problem, good communication and clear instructions for parking. The parking is in a good location, underground and very secure. Be warned if you have a larger vehicle you will probably struggle with the descending to lower parking levels, the spaces and lanes are very narrow. The pedestrian passage to the garage is from Káldy Gyula utca, Budapest, house n°4 (you will get the pass code in instructions).

Very good car park. Reservation made online, small issue after payment when there was an error on the website to confirm the reservation, but contacted via WhatsApp and all resolved quickly and my parking bay allocated. Parking is in a good location, underground and very secure. Be warned if you have a larger vehicle you will likely struggle, spaces and lanes are very narrow.
