Star Park parkoló

convenient parking, where you can leave your car for a longer period or a few days. Make sure that the car plate number is clean and there should be no problems. The payment machine has an English menu and you can pay by card.

I've had a mostly good experience with this lot so far. I emailed them via their website for a monthly pass, and they got back to me the same day. It started a day later than I wanted, and I also asked about having it be a few days more than a month, but I didn't get any specific reply about that. But when I had a problem because my license plate was incorrect in their system, I called and their support was able to fix the issue (in English) very quickly and efficiently.

Well-located parking place. It makes it possible to park near Heroes' Square and the Budapest Zoo for reasonable prices and more than 3 hours. (You can park a maximum of 3 hours on the streets nearby.)

Owner is crazy. Parking automat didn't work because didn't accept banknotes. Owner of parking doesnt asnwer the international calls. We were stuck here for hour. This can not be true!!!! Never again. You need to wait on the someone local with hungary number. And the owner will respond and then let you go without paying. Beacuse they are lazy to fix the issue. Local told us that this has been happening all the time. Horible experience for tourists. We waited 1 hour to be rescued!!!

Disappointing experience: cards are not accepted, during rainy days you park in the mud, and even after payment the ramp wouldnt let people out. Phone numbers are either not reachable or people dont speak any English at all. There is no personel in the evening hours. Had to call law enforcement officers to sort the issue out.
