Perfect place to leave your car. You can go with the sightseeing boat (thats what we did at dock7), you can just walk to the city center and shopping street. Price and places are good!

Ordering the parking and receiving all information went fine without a Hitch. The received QR code didn’t work as instructed. Had to get help with getting gate opened both at arrival and departure. Very nice parking garage with good spacing. We drove a Tesla Model Y. The Only negative part of everything was the bad QR code which created unnessary concerns. Get that part fixes, and then its a Golden setup.

Experience is overall bad. While parking is in a very well located and don't have internal problems (like being very challenging to park due to narrow corners/small space), from the point of view of SW/reservation and client support is a mess. Computers, scanners?! Too tricky for them... Finally I ended up in paying twice my access. What I learned from this experience is that reserving via Internet is something that they might or not be able to deal with, so is maybe a good idea to avoid going that way. Getting a ticket from the machine at your entry + paying it at the machines is something they handle pretty well. Overall, even if I'm from Romania, from technical point of view I felt like traveling back in time... Do something guys, cannot be that you have useless QR code scanners and useless databases! As a follow-up, I got a very bold statement from owners, claiming is just me... Well, guys, I've been in lot of parking places in Germany, France, Portugal, Italy, so... I'm pretty experienced both with booking and using QR codes or whatever method to get in.
