Had to checked-in late and decided to check-out early. The staff (different people) was very friendly, patient and helpful. I highly recommend this professional parking service and will for sure book again on my next Budapest visit.

Staff here is really rude and does not explain the process of having to take all your items from your car and not be able to access it. They wanted to know how much our car weighed before allowing us to park even with an online reservation. Very little English spoken and rude.

The parking itself was comparatively affordable, and in terms of pricing I can definitely recommend this parking garage. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff completely ruined it for me. Therefore only 3 Stars. The employees seemed extremely annoyed from the very beginning and were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly throughout the interaction. Even a day later, I still find myself upset about the way we were treated. Customer service should never make visitors feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. If the staff dislike their job that much, they should consider changing professions instead of taking their frustration out on customers. A little professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy would make a huge difference.

Reservation was completed without any issues. Because of a larger vehicle, a staff member helped me find a suitable parking space. A security guard assisted us in the parking lot. Very friendly and immediate help.

I had an excellent experience with this parking service in Budapest! The online reservation process was incredibly easy and straightforward, saving me both time and stress before arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The pricing was very reasonable and offered great value for the quality of service provided. Most importantly, the sense of security when leaving my car there was truly priceless. I felt completely confident that my vehicle was safe at all times. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Budapest — reliable, affordable, and worry-free!
