The guy working today (Mon 29/06/26) around noon is a the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. Literally lacks the rudimentary skills to deal with the customers. Also no info in English. Do not expect any help from that guy.

I came to Budapest on vacation with my 14-month-old daughter, my wife, and my in-laws. A staff member gave me instructions on how to close the garage and lift the car in the vertical parking garage. I was supposed to press a button five times and then scan my ticket. It was my first time in a parking garage like this, and I did the procedure wrong; the panel was in Hungarian. This triggered the worst scene I've ever experienced in Hungary. The employee came to help me at the panel and he exploded for such a trivial reason. He became extremely aggressive, he slapped himself in the face several times and punched himself in the thigh several times as well, aggressively cursing me in his native language. My wife was very scared, and we were very upset about it. This guy ruined our day, maybe even our trip. Something so simple generated such aggressive behavior; in any case, nothing justifies that kind of behavior.

++ Secure parking (Elevator parking) + Close to Ferenc Tere metro. -- Expensive for Hungary, 15 000 HUF / 24H = 38,57 EUR... --- Stressed employee, we got a MAXIMUM of 2 minutes to unload our vehicle (travelled 2 000 km and was in need to sort out our things for maybe 5 min, inc. medicins)... 2,5/5, but because of the secure parking it's 3/5

Very bad experience. Unfriendly staff. The lift for the car is dangerous for your wheels. Has very deep rails that are not visible because the whole lift has the same colour and they just tell you to move quickly at the entrance. If there was only anyone competent who told you at the beginning how to park it right nothing could have happen like in my situation. The rails were very tight and one tire cut and was completely damaged. It was brand new tire. I asked for at least free parking until we manage to find anyone who would change the tire. The staff was maximally unhelpful and rude and told me that this is the first time that someone had problem with the system - which was a big lie because clearly i have seen with my own eyes that a lot of customers had the same or worse issue to park right and some of them had much smaller and shorter cars than mine. I had to pay for the parking full price and also for the tire change (390 €)at a service that i had to search on my own. Never again. And the whole system is very slow so when you need to leave quickly, come at least 20-30 min sooner and if there is an issue you are completelly stucked there. Shame on the attitude of the company.

Pretty nice parking almost in the city center. The parking is multiple level with automatic elevator. I paid 25000huf for 2.5 days. Could be slightly cheaper but it is not that bad.
