Csodálatos látvány a házak között megbújva, a szűk utcákból nehéz is egy szép fotót készíteni a 75 méter magas tornyáról.

Angyalföld első temploma ez a neogótikus szépség. Korábban gyárak voltak a környékén, ma irodaházak, de a templom 1899 óta képviseli az állandóságot itt a hozzá tartozó kolostorral együtt. Egyedivé teszi, hogy a két tornya nem egyenlő magasságú.

Budapesti Kármelhegyi Boldogasszony Templom és a vele egybeépített Karmelita rendház a Huba utcában, Angyalföldön, a XIII. kerületben található. Angyalföld első temploma volt ez, 70 méter magas impozáns épület. Az első, ideiglenesnek szánt kápolnát és a zárdát 1896-ban szentelték fel, majd 1899-ben birtokba vette a rend a ma is látható templomot.

Igényesen felújított gyönyörű templom kis utcák között bújtatva. Igen örülök erre hozott az utam.

Nagy, csendes, nyugodt hely. Viszonylag kevés mise van. Ha valaki el szeretne mélyülni gondolataiban, akkor jó helyen jár. Ide nem járnak turisták, nem átjáróház a templom.
