Hidden behind ticket booth. Gated playground. Clean and cute castle theme. Good for kids below 10 as there is no big slide. Water fountain available in the park. Lots of shadow for hot day.

Finally got here after the second attempt😮‍💨. Took bus #16A from Szell Kalman ter M. Get off at Szentharomsag ter stop and walked past the chimney cake shop and down some stairs. Should be able to hear some kids voices from playground😅. They have some plastic kids bikes lying around.

The playground has a great location with a view of Pest and is easy to get to from Fisherman's Bastion. It’s well equipped with a nice variety of toys. Shady and clean, it’s a perfect spot for kids to have fun and play comfortably.

Located on the scenic Castle Hill in Budapest, it combines fun, creativity, and a touch of history in a beautiful setting. The park is cleverly designed with inspiration from the era of King Matthias. It features wooden structures that resemble medieval castles, towers, and fortifications. Children can climb, slide, run across bridges, and explore all kinds of hidden corners. The use of natural materials adds a unique charm and makes the place environmentally friendly. One big advantage is that the playground is fenced and well-maintained, which gives parents peace of mind. There are plenty of benches and shady spots to relax while the kids play freely in a safe environment. And let’s not forget the stunning views of Budapest from the area – absolutely breathtaking.

This playground is a real hidden gem - we didn’t know about it in advance and found it by chance. It consists of facilities thematically related to Castle Hill. It also gives your kids good motivation to visit this historical part of the city, and after that, play on this place. And unlike the other sightseeings nearby, it's somewhere you can have a rest under the trees' canopies which is a great advantage in the summer.
