We tried to contact the property to get more information about our check-in, but the phone number provided on Booking.com was not working. After several hours, they finally sent us the code to access the apartment, only to cancel our reservation a few minutes later. This happened just a few hours before our arrival in Budapest. We were already on our way and suddenly left without accommodation. They then asked us to cancel the booking ourselves so they would not have to issue a refund. This was highly unprofessional, I would not recommend this property.

Avoid this property. The advertised free Wi-Fi did not provide internet access at all. The host first claimed it would be fixed, then ignored messages. Recent reviews show the same issue repeatedly. The apartment was also poorly maintained: clogged shower drain, bedding with yellow stains and hair, ants and spiders inside, glass fragments/debris on the balcony, and a shared balcony with privacy concerns. Noise insulation is extremely poor: there is a loud bar downstairs and a nearby hospital, so ambulance sirens are frequent and very loud. Good location, but the stay was far below acceptable standards.

When we travel to Budapest - Camille Apartments is our first option. We like that the apartments are very spacious, always clean. Also for us the location is grate, nice park nearby, grate options for public transport, variaty of restaurants and bars in the area.

Located in the best place you can imagine, Camille apartments are an excellent and pretty cheap way to have nice holidays in Budapest! Very clean and friendly apartments with lots of benefits! Near this place, you can find lots of food stores, like KFC, Burger King, McDonalds etc., supermarket, mall, metro station opposite the building etc.
