We had a great experience with the service here. Our Mazda got an error while on a big road trip and even if we did not have any appointment, the service team was very kind and helped out. Taking us in and after 1 hour solved the issue. Very kind, quick and helpful. The payment was also very ok, and all the staff were very easy to talk to. Both English and German. Definitely would recommend.

Not a competent place, who knows what they are doing. Cannot in any way recommended this place. They didn't manage to solve rattling sounds coming from both b-pillars in my new Mazda CX-5. They had the car in for checking and repair a total of 4 times and 6 days. First time in February where I asked them to check the problem, which they confirmed to be there. Second time the car was handed in to identify and fix, they did not manage to find the reason for the problem. The third time they had the car for 3 days and when I picked it up, it was still not fixed, however they informed me they had found the issue and knew how to fix it, they asked me to book another appointment to get the problem fixed. The fourth time, when I thought they would do the repair, they claimed they never told me they knew what to do, and claimed that I was mistaken about this. When I asked them what they did the last time (they had the car for 3 days) they couldn't reply me, as they had not written anything down in their system. So they were basically clueless after having the car in for repair 4 times. I cannot recommend this place, just as I cannot recommend the Mazda CX-5.

They have a saloon and garage too. Surprisingly kind service compared to Hungarian average. They are busy so need to book in advance.
