For woman day i would like to get bag for my girlfriend. From web store it writing have on store. When i when arrive the shop (duna plaza ccc) i couldn't find and i ask the worker. And they check from compter and said yes we have. After that we were looking bag around 30min. And after they said we have but can't find where is now. They said check from other ccc when all shops going to close and i had to meet w my girlfriend. It was second time happend exactly same sitoation. But that time was important for me because my girlfriend is sick and she was big disappointed. And also at the end they just said we dont have ( while on the web still on the store) so basicly unprofessional never shoping there again. Also %100 disappointment!!!!!!! Dont waste a time here!

❌WARNING - The worst time I ever made shopping at all levels. I got a pair of shoes and tried to return them twice before the allowance of the 7 or 14 days passes, they keep insisting that the only option I have is to receive a gift card and use it to repurchase another item from them!!!! They don’t provide the money back either in cash or card. And all the workers there including the manager are no where to have a conversation. Why tf I’m forced to do shopping from you again if all I want is to return your items?! Never visiting them again!! Not recommended at all.

I went for a holiday and on 7 th August, I visited the shop! I was planning to buy 2 items (27000ft) and the unfriendly shop assistant told me ,I don't have enough money on my card! Than I transferred money from my account, went back to the shop and she said the same things! ( I told her,it's impossible as I just transferred money over! She said, well there is no money on your card! So I just left the shop and wondering how is it possible! Now I came back from holiday and I saw, that transaction was done in the shop that day as that amount went off from my card! I rang the shop today and the person in charge made me a liar, I have asked for email address to let me prove it ( didn't get any) Told her transaction number ( she said it's not the right transaction number) ! So unhelpful and I can see and prove whatever I say 😡😡

Wide varietu of shoes, for men, women and children. The staff is nice and helpful, there weren’t too many people when we visited. Some sizes can be missing, but good idea for a quick shopping visit when you need a shoe. They are selling shoe related accessories, and some bags, too.
